Tour Itinerary

Come to the Nagpur Railway Station or airport, and the representative of Daily Tour & Travel will take you to the pre-booked hotel (if you have taken the cab service). After reaching there, you’ll be welcomed with a warm smile and refreshing drinks. After a quick check-in, relax for some time in your rooms. Have a delicious lunch, which will be fresh, hot, and delicious. You can enjoy the rest of the day as you like. Maybe stay inside your rooms and enjoy the natural ambiance of the property. If you feel like going somewhere, then you can visit the nearby villages or take a walk to the lakes or small trails near your resort. Return to your resort in the evening and maybe sit by a bonfire if arranged. Then, have a delicious dinner and head to your bed early, as you need to wake up early morning the next day.   

Wake up early morning with the sweet songs of forest birds on the second day of your Tadoba Holiday Package. Have a hot cup of tea or coffee and get ready to go for a morning safari in the wild Tadoba. You’ll go inside the Tadoba National Park on a gypsy with a forest guide and a trained driver. This park is famous because of sightings of Bengal tigers, so keep your eyes open during your thrilling safari rides. The forest remains alive during early morning, and you can spot deer, langurs, sloth bears, wild dogs, tigers, gaurs, and many more. During your safari, listen to the cooing sounds of birds as background music. 

After a 3-hour-long safari, you’ll return to the resort with a head full of wild stories and a phone full of stunning photos. Take some time to relax, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and then you can relax. For spending your free time, you can visit the nearby attractions like Mahakali Temple, Anandvan Ashram, Bhadravati Jain Temple, or you can simply go to Nagpur, which is perfect for a day trip. There, you can shop, explore the attractions, and have a good time. In the evening, return to your resort and have dinner. You’ll stay overnight in the resort and wait for the next day's adventure. 

Another early morning in the wild surroundings of Tadoba. This time, you’ll already be in love with the forest. Wake up and get ready to visit the wild park on the second day of your Tadoba Tour Package. We’ll take you for the second gypsy safari that will be included in your Tadoba Package Booking. This time, you’ll visit a different zone and explore its wildlife and beauty. After that, return to the resort and have a hearty breakfast. Then, check out of the resort and say goodbye to this wonderful land of wild animals and move to your onward destination.

 Terms & Conditions

  • Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels..

  • Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel..

  • Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM..

  • Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel..

  • If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided..

  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided..

  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..

  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage..

  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
  • Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
  • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
  • Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

    • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.

  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..

  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
