Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 24 August 2026

Welcome to MyTadoba.org. This website is operated by Daily Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd., a private travel agency providing safari booking assistance, hotel reservations, tour packages, transport arrangements and other travel-related services.

MyTadoba.org is not the official website of Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) or the Maharashtra Forest Department. Safari permits and forest-related services are subject to availability and the rules, regulations and decisions of the concerned Forest Department/TATR authorities.

By submitting an enquiry, requesting a booking, making a payment or using our travel services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a booking form, enquiry or payment request does not automatically confirm a safari, hotel, tour package or other travel service.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the requested service has been successfully secured and a confirmation, voucher, permit or other booking document has been issued or communicated to you by us.

All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Availability visible or communicated at one point in time may change before the booking process is completed.

Customers are advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements solely on the basis of an enquiry or pending booking request.

2. Tadoba Safari Booking Assistance

MyTadoba.org provides private travel-agency assistance for travellers planning a safari in Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve.

You may provide your preferred safari date, session, gate or tourism zone while requesting a booking. However, availability can change, and a preferred gate, zone, safari session, vehicle or guide cannot be guaranteed until the applicable permit has been successfully confirmed.

The final safari date, gate, zone, visitor names and other details shown on the confirmed permit will apply to the safari.

Safari availability, gate quotas, routes, timings, fees and operating conditions are controlled by TATR/Forest Department authorities and may be changed by them when required.

3. Safari Permit and Visitor Details

Customers must provide complete and accurate information for every traveller whenever such information is required for a safari booking.

The name and identity details provided for a safari must match the original identity document carried by the traveller on the safari date.

Visitors are responsible for checking the information entered before a booking is confirmed. Incorrect, incomplete or mismatched traveller information may result in the permit becoming unusable or entry being denied under the applicable TATR rules.

The current official TATR rules require visitors to carry the original identity proof corresponding to the details used for booking; photocopies alone are not accepted for safari entry.

4. Safari Permit Availability

Safari permits are subject to limited availability.

Regular gypsy bookings, Tatkal bookings, full-day safaris and other safari categories may have different booking windows, charges, cancellation conditions and eligibility requirements.

MyTadoba.org does not control the number of permits released by TATR, nor can we guarantee that permits will remain available while a customer is deciding or making payment.

Where a requested permit becomes unavailable before confirmation, we may inform you about available alternatives such as another gate, zone, date or safari session. Any alternative will be confirmed only after you agree to it.

5. Wildlife Sightings

Tadoba is a natural wildlife habitat, and the movement and visibility of animals cannot be predicted or controlled.

Tiger sightings or sightings of any particular animal are never guaranteed.

Wildlife sightings depend on several natural factors, including animal movement, season, weather, habitat, safari route and timing.

No refund, compensation or free replacement safari will be provided solely because a tiger or any particular wildlife species was not seen during the safari.

6. Safari Rules and Forest Department Regulations

Every visitor must comply with the applicable rules of Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve and follow the instructions of Forest Department officials, safari guides and authorised personnel.

Visitors may be denied entry or removed from a safari for violating forest regulations, misbehaviour, providing incorrect documents or engaging in activities prohibited by TATR.

Safari routes, gate operations or parts of the reserve may also be changed or closed because of weather, rainfall, forest-management decisions, safety concerns, emergencies or other operational requirements.

7. Payments

Payments should be made only through payment methods displayed on our website, included in our invoice or quotation, or otherwise officially communicated by Daily Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Customers should not make payment to an unauthorised personal account, intermediary or third party claiming to represent us unless the payment instruction has been officially confirmed by our company.

Safari bookings generally require the applicable amount to be paid in advance because permits and related safari services must be secured at the time of booking.

Payment by itself does not guarantee a safari permit or other requested service until confirmation has been issued.

8. Prices, Taxes and Additional Charges

The final payable amount will be communicated before confirmation of the applicable service.

Prices may include or exclude particular components depending on the quotation, package or service selected. Customers should carefully review all inclusions and exclusions before making payment.

Government taxes, Forest Department charges, safari fees, hotel tariffs and other third-party costs may change.

If a government authority or supplier changes a mandatory charge after the booking, any applicable difference will be communicated to the customer when known.

9. Promotional and Special Prices

Any discount, promotional rate or advance-payment benefit will apply only when it is specifically mentioned in the written quotation, booking offer or confirmation provided to the customer.

Standard website prices may not apply during peak travel periods, long weekends, festivals, special events or other high-demand dates.

Where a special or peak-period rate applies, the applicable price will be communicated before the customer agrees to the final booking amount.

10. Hotel and Resort Bookings

Hotel and resort bookings are subject to availability and the policies of the selected property.

The required advance payment, balance-payment deadline, room category, meal plan, cancellation conditions and other hotel terms will be communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings differ between properties and will be governed by the confirmed hotel voucher or hotel policy.

Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades and additional services remain subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

11. Hotel Room Category and Occupancy

The room category mentioned in the confirmed quotation or booking voucher will apply to the booking.

If a customer requests an upgrade, additional room or other change, the request will be subject to availability and any additional cost communicated before confirmation.

Triple-sharing arrangements depend on the hotel's occupancy policy and may include an extra mattress, rollaway bed or other arrangement provided by the hotel.

12. Hotel Substitution

If a proposed hotel becomes unavailable before final confirmation, we may offer an alternative hotel of a comparable category.

The customer will be informed of any material difference in category or price before the alternative is confirmed.

Where a hotel or supplier changes or cancels a service after confirmation, available alternatives, refunds or other remedies will depend on the circumstances and the applicable supplier and cancellation conditions.

13. Tour Packages and Itineraries

Tour itineraries displayed on our website are intended to explain the general travel experience and may be sample itineraries unless specifically stated otherwise.

Your final confirmed itinerary, quotation and list of inclusions and exclusions will take precedence over a general sample itinerary displayed on the website.

Requests for additional sightseeing, vehicles, meals, activities, room upgrades or other customised services may involve additional charges. Such additional charges will be communicated before the extra service is confirmed.

14. Transport and Other Travel Services

Transport arrangements may be provided through independent transport operators or other third-party service providers.

Vehicle type, route and pickup details will be based on the confirmed booking.

Travel times shown on the website or communicated during planning are estimates and may vary because of traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.

15. Third-Party Service Providers

Hotels, safari operations, vehicles, guides, activities and other travel components may be operated, supplied or controlled by independent third parties or government authorities.

Their own rules, schedules, safety requirements, cancellation conditions and operational decisions may apply to the relevant part of your booking.

Daily Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts as a travel-service provider or facilitator for such third-party arrangements where applicable and does not control decisions made independently by TATR, Forest Department authorities, hotels, airlines, transport operators or other suppliers.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking all booking details after receiving the confirmation or voucher.

Any error in traveller names, dates, safari gate, hotel, room category, transport details or other booking information should be reported to us as soon as possible.

Customers are also responsible for carrying the required original identity documents, permits, tickets and other travel documents during their trip.

Each traveller is responsible for complying with applicable laws, forest regulations, hotel policies and safety instructions.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked, the date of cancellation, the applicable supplier conditions and, in the case of safaris, the prevailing TATR cancellation rules.

Some safari categories, Tatkal bookings, special-rate bookings, hotels or other services may be non-refundable or subject to specific deductions.

Before making payment, customers should review our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any service-specific cancellation conditions communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method, supplier settlement and banking/payment-gateway timelines.

18. Changes After Confirmation

Changes requested by the customer after confirmation remain subject to availability and the rules of the relevant supplier or authority.

Safari visitor details, gates, dates or other permit information may not always be changeable after confirmation.

Any additional charge resulting from a customer-requested modification must be paid before the revised service is confirmed.

Where the change is made by a supplier, government authority or Forest Department, we will communicate the available options to the customer when known.

19. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

Daily Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. will not be treated as having failed to provide a service where performance becomes impossible or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, floods, natural disasters, forest fires, park or safari-zone closures, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbance, road closures, transport disruptions or similar extraordinary events.

Where such an event affects a confirmed service, any refund, rescheduling or alternative arrangement will depend on the relevant supplier, permit and cancellation terms.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Personal Belongings and Travel Risk

Travellers should take reasonable care of their baggage, cash, mobile phones, cameras, documents and other personal belongings during the trip.

Daily Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for losses, theft, damage or incidents arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Visitors undertake wildlife safaris with an understanding that travel in a natural forest environment may involve inherent risks and that all applicable safety instructions should be followed.

21. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and updated.

However, safari fees, park schedules, government rules, hotel prices, availability and third-party services can change without immediate notice.

Where information shown on a general website page differs from a final written quotation, confirmed permit or booking voucher, the confirmed booking document and applicable authority/supplier rules will take precedence.

22. Private Travel Agency Disclosure

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking where fraudulent payment activity, false documents, impersonation or misuse of the booking system is reasonably suspected.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, supplier arrangements, government regulations or business practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

Terms applicable to a specific confirmed booking may also include conditions stated in the customer's quotation, invoice, permit, voucher or confirmation.
