Cancellation & Refund Policy

Daily Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. understands that sometimes the plans of our guests can change. If you need to postpone or cancel your safari, tour, hotel, package, cab or other travel service due to unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing.

The applicable cancellation charges will be calculated from the date on which we receive your written cancellation request, subject to the applicable cancellation terms mentioned below.

Please Note: If a cancellation request is received by email after office hours, the cancellation date will be counted from the next working day. The actual tour or safari start date will not be counted when calculating the cancellation period.

1. Resort / Hotel / Package / Cabs Cancellation Policy

If you are planning to postpone or cancel your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reason, you must inform us in writing at cancellation@junglesafariindia.in .

The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your cancellation request in writing.

2. Safari Cancellation Policy

3. VIP Safari Cancellation Policy (Gates: Chora, Shedegaon, Karwa)

Note:

  • During peak season and long holidays such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day and Independence Day, hotel and forest lodge bookings may be subject to a separate cancellation policy. The applicable policy will be communicated when applicable.
  • The cancellation calculation excludes the actual safari date. Only the days before the safari are considered.

4. Pre-confirmation Cancellation

If a cancellation request is made before the booking confirmation voucher is issued, a fee of 35% of the booking amount will be applied.

If you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reason, you must intimate us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written cancellation request.

Note: If a cancellation request is received by email after office hours, the cancellation date will be counted from the next working day. The tour start date will not be counted when calculating cancellation charges.

General Cancellation & Travel Policies

  •   Safari Gate Availability: Safari gates will be allotted according to availability. Any gate may be allotted among the selected zones.
  •   Booking Confirmation: Customers must allow a minimum of 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers. Booking vouchers may be sent by email, WhatsApp, SMS or hard copy, depending on the customer's preference.
  •   Triple Occupancy: In case of 3 persons sharing one room, one extra mattress will be provided, subject to the hotel's applicable occupancy policy.
  •   Government Taxes and Charges: Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges or other mandatory charges will be communicated by email or phone before the travel date, where applicable.
  •   Safari Unavailability: In case your safari cannot be booked due to a technical error or non-availability of seats/permits, we will refund the whole amount to the bank account provided by you. The same will be communicated accordingly.
  •   Peak Season: During peak season and long holidays such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day and Independence Day, hotel and forest lodge bookings may be subject to a separate cancellation policy. The applicable terms will be communicated as and when applicable.
  •   Cancellation Date Calculation: The actual tour or safari date is not counted when calculating cancellation periods.
  •   Our Liabilities and Limitations: After the tour/service cost has been finalised, any subsequent increase in safari permit fees, museum fees, government taxes, fuel costs, guide charges or other mandatory charges imposed by the Government or relevant authority may be charged separately to the customer.
  •   Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control may include strikes, fairs, festivals, adverse weather conditions, traffic problems, hotel overbooking, closure of or entry restrictions at a place of visit, government restrictions and other extraordinary circumstances. While we will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives, we will not be responsible for refunds or compensation claims to the extent such claims arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law and supplier terms.
  •   Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the applicable laws of India and the jurisdiction legally available to the parties, including courts in New Delhi where applicable.

Important: Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to the payment method, supplier settlement process, bank or payment-gateway processing time and any applicable deductions under the relevant booking conditions.
