Step 1:To start your safari booking, go to the website mytadoba.org and on that site, read all the information about the park, its zones, safaris, rules, etc. This website has complete details about the park and will help you make better decisions while filling out your booking form.

In that form, you have to fill in basic details related to the safari, such as the date of your safari. Remember, you can book a safari up to 120 days in advance, so enjoy a nice vacation there with full planning. Then select your zone preference from the available four zones and choose the safari type. In Tadoba, only Gypsy safaris are allowed. After that, you have to select the time slot (Morning or Evening), and your name, contact number, and email ID. Make sure your email ID and phone number are correct because your permit will be sent to them. Click “Book Now” to continue.
Step 3: When you click on the booking button, a new page will open automatically. This page will already have your basic details filled in from the previous step. Take a moment to check all the details carefully and go back if there’s any incorrect information. After that, you will be required to add more information about the booking person's details, such as your state and full address.
Step 4: Then, in the next step, you will be required to fill in the details of all passengers going for the thrilling safari ride. For each person, you have to fill in details like their full name, age, gender, nationality, state, ID proof type, and ID number. These details must match the information mentioned on the ID you choose. One safari booking can include information for up to 6 passengers. If you, the person booking, are also going on the safari, then you have to fill in your information also. Always fill in the correct information because incorrect information can cause issues on the day of the safari.
Step 5: After filling in the information of passengers, click on the box that says “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy”. See the payable amount that will include the charges of permit, gypsy, guide, and services. Check in carefully according to the number of passengers, and then you have to click on ”pay now”.
Step 6: Then, a new page will open. On that page, you can see the final booking details before confirming to make the payment. Check everything like the date of safari, timing, zone, your name, number, email, passenger details, and total amount very carefully. This is your last chance to make corrections before you pay.
Step 7: After that, you have to click on the “Pay with Cashfree” or “Pay with Razorpay” option and make your payment. You can pay for your safari from any payment method like net banking, UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, or EMI options. If you choose Razorpay for making the payment, then you have to provide your phone number again so that the payment for safari can be made.
Step 8: After successful payment, your safari permit and the booking voucher will be sent to your email and phone number within 24 hours. Download and carry a printout of these documents on the day of your safari, along with your identity cards of all the safari passengers.
