Tour Itinerary

The facilities of this Tadoba Holiday Package will start with your arrival at the Nagpur railway station or airport. From there, you can hire a taxi or choose the service of our pre-arranged cab that will drop you at the pre-booked accommodation. During the ride, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings because this park is away from the city area, and you can see the changing scenery. Upon reaching the hotel, you’ll receive a warm welcome and then check into your rooms. There, you can relax and listen to the sounds of birds. 


After a little rest, enjoy a fulfilling lunch, and then you can spend the rest of the day as you like. Maybe take a walk around your resort or explore nearby attractions like Mahakali Temple. Some resorts also offer indoor games, so you can spend your free time enjoying that also.  Dinner is usually served around 8 pm, and it's something you’ll look forward to after your day of travel. Enjoy the delicious food, share stories with other guests, and then head to bed. Sleep early, because the next day is going to be full of adventure

Wake up early morning inn the fresh air of natural surroundings of the resort, and then you can enjoy the calming view from the balcony (if available). Today is the most exciting part of your Tadoba Tour Package which is the thrilling gypsy safari. Get ready before sunrise to go for the safari ride inside the park. The gypsy will take you inside the jungle where you will be accompanied by a trained forest guide and driver who know exactly where the chances of spotting animals are high. The early morning is the best time to see animals, especially the tigers or leopards. You can also spot sloth bears, wild dogs, bison (gaur), sambar deer, spotted deer, langurs, and listen to the cooing of birds. Once your 3-hour-long safari is over, you’ll return to the resort for breakfast. After freshening up and packing your bags, it’s time to check out. Return to the railway station or airport, depending on your onward journey.

  • Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels..

  • Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel..

  • Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM..

  • Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel..

  • If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided..

  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided..

  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..

  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage..

  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
  • Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
  • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
  • Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

  • Please make payments only to the company's accounts..

  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..

  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
