Tour Itinerary

The facilities of this Tadoba Tour Package Booking will start with your arrival at Nagpur Airport or Railway Station. From there, you’ll go on a comfortable ride to your pre-booked resort (if you choose the pickup and drop service). After reaching there, you'll be warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink. After a smooth check-in process, you’ll be assisted to your room where you can rest and refresh. Have a delicious lunch, and then you can enjoy the day as you like. You can explore the surroundings of the resort, read a book, or take a walk to the nearby village. There, you can talk with locals and learn about the traditions and culture of this place. You can also listen to the stories of Tadoba and get information about the famous tigers and their stories. After a nice day, return to the resort to have dinner. After that, you can rest in your rooms for the night. 

This day of your Tadoba Tour Package is going to be a thrilling one. First, you have to wake up early in the morning and then get ready to go for an adventurous safari ride. Get ready before sunrise to go for the safari ride inside the park. The gypsy will take you inside the jungle where you will be accompanied by a trained forest guide and driver who know exactly where the chances of spotting animals are high. The early morning is the best time to see animals, especially the tigers or leopards. You can also spot sloth bears, wild dogs, bison (gaur), sambar deer, spotted deer, langurs, and listen to the cooing of birds. Once your 3-hour-long safari is over, you’ll return to the resort for breakfast. After that, the day is free and you can spend it as you like. Maybe go to the nearby attractions and have a great time there. Spend a good time with your family and friends exploring the attractions. You can also go to Erai Lake and enjoy boating there. Dinner will be served at the resort, and you can end the day sitting around a bonfire (if available). Overnight stay in your comfortable rooms for one last time on this trip in the natural surroundings.

Spend a leisurely morning on the last day of your Tadoba Tour Package. Wake up early morning or late according to your preference. You can visit the nearby temples in the morning before your journey back home. Take it easy to enjoy your final few hours in this peaceful spot. Sip a nice coffee or tea and enjoy a good time. Pack your belongings and then check out. Your driver will drop you back to Nagpur Airport or the Railway Station so you can go back home or the your next destination.

  • If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided..

  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided..

  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..

  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage..

  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
  • Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
  • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
  • Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..

  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
