Tour Itinerary

After reaching the Nagpur Railway Station or Airport, drive to Tadoba. On the way, you can see the changing landscape from city to forested stretches. Upon reaching the hotel, enjoy a warm welcome and then check in. Relax in your room for a while, and then you can explore the resort. Take part in recreational activities or enjoy the swimming pool (if available). Then, in the evening, you can just relax in the natural surroundings, maybe enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee. Have a delicious dinner at night, and then you can experience a bonfire (if arranged). Sleep early on the first day of your Tadoba Tour Package, so that uou can get energy for the next day’s adventure. 

Wake up early morning before the sunrise on the second day of your tour & have a quick cup of tea or coffee. Get ready on time as you’ll go for your first gypsy safari that will be included in your Tadoba online package booking. As your gypsy will go inside the forest, you can soot the aniamls and breath in the fresh air of Jungle.  Your trained naturalist and guide will help you track animals using pugmarks, alarm calls, and their deep knowledge of the jungle. After a 3-hour-long safari, return to your resort and have breakfast. You can take a nao and then visit the nearby attractions. You can go to Nagour for a day trip and enjoy a good time there. Do shopping, chat with locals, and explore the attractions. Later in the evening, return to your resort and then have a delicious dinner. You can relax after that, chat with other tourists in the resort about your experience, and just experience the calmness of the peaceful night.

On Day 3, you will go for multiple safari rides. You’ll go for a morning and evening safari, and both can take place in different zones. The more zones you explore, the more chances you’ll get to see a variety of wildlife. Wake up early morning and get ready to go for the morning ride. Explore the area, see animals, and soak in the natural beauty. After that, return to the resort and have breakfast. You can rest or take a nap before the second safari ride. The jungle changes character in the evening – the light is softer, animals come out to drink water, and the birds return to their nests. This is another golden chance to spot the elusive tiger, sloth bears, leopards, and over 200 species of birds. Return to your resort by evening and then have a delicious dinner. Share your favorite moments about the day with your friends and family over the bonfire (if arranged) and then rest for a relaxing night. 

Wake up in the natural surroundings of Tadoba and have a nice cup of tea or coffee. Pack your bags and check out. This will be the last day of your Tadoba Package Booking. Take a taxi back to Nagpur airport or railway station. We can also provide a cab service if you choose it while making the booking. On the way, see amazing views for the last time and then head to your home or next destination with a lot of memories of your long wildlife exploration tour. 

 Terms & Conditions

  • Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels..

  • Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel..

  • Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM..

  • Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel..

  • If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided..

  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided..

  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..

  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage..

  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
  • Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
  • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
  • Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

    • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.

  • Please make payments only to the company's accounts..

  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..

  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
