Tadoba National Park is huge and covers an area of 625.4 sq. km. It has a lot of area to explore and there are 23 gates to explore it. Every gate leads to a different area and offers a unique safari experience here. Now, these gates are divided into Core Gates (the main jungle) and Buffer Gates (the outer forest areas).

Core Zone Gates
If you’re thinking about making a Tadoba Safari Booking for the core gates, then let us tell you that the core gates remain closed on every Tuesday. The core areas also remain closed in the monsoon season from 1st July to 15th October.

Buffer Zone Gates
The gates of buffer zones remain closed every Wednesday in Tadoba National Park. However, some gates of buffer zones remain open even during the monsoons so that people can see the magical beauty of the park. It’s always a good idea to confirm with authorities about the gates that remain open even in monsoons (if you’re going there between 1st July to 15th October).
